A former U.S. Marine Corps Captain, Christopher is also a policy leader, serving on the CFTC’s Global Markets Advisory Committee and inventing the Composite Ether Staking Rate (CESR). Under his leadership, CoinFund has been expanding its global engagement, including a growing focus on the UAE and Dubai’s dynamic digital asset ecosystem.
