In early 2024, he was appointed as the CEO of Crystal Intelligence, a blockchain analytics firm founded by Bitfury in 2018. As CEO of Crystal Intelligence, Gupta is leading the company’s efforts to provide real-time blockchain analytics, investigative, and compliance solutions.
Before joining Crystal Intelligence, Gupta served as the Managing Director for MENA at Ripple.
Prior to his involvement in blockchain technology, Gupta amassed nearly two decades of experience in global transaction banking, payments, cash management, and strategic planning. He held significant positions at HSBC and Citibank, working across various regions, including the U.S., Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and India.
