Irina Heaver

Irina Heaver is a Dubai based technology lawyer who is active in the blockchain space as an advisor, investor and founder. She is an Australian qualified lawyer and holds Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees, she is also a certified blockchain expert.

Irina is a Founding Member of the MENA Fintech Association, a non-for-profit industry led enterprise aiming to become the home to everything Fintech in the region.
Irina currently advises numerous blockchain and crypto enterprises located or operating in the MENA Region, as well as multiple Governments and Governmental organizations on regulatory policies surrounding such emerging technology as blockchain and Artificial Intelligence.
