Charles d'Haussy is the CEO of the dYdX Foundation, leading the world's premier decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol for perpetual futures. The dYdX Chain is a fully decentralized, community-governed ecosystem.
Before joining dYdX, Charles served as Global Head of Business Development at ConsenSys, a prominent blockchain engineering firm. His diverse career includes entrepreneurial ventures, executive roles in FinTech startups, and a stint as Head of FinTech with the Hong Kong government.
Recognized as a Top-50 FinTech influencer in Asia in 2018, Charles' expertise in FinTech and blockchain has earned him widespread acclaim. In 2021, he authored "Block Kong," a book exploring the blockchain leaders shaping Hong Kong's ecosystem. Now Charles polishes his next book: Arabian Crypto.
Charles holds degrees from Rennes International Business School in France and Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou, China. He's also a certified Bitcoin professional and has studied blockchain business strategy at Be9 London.
