Akbar Farook

Akbar Farook is CEO of JUSTICE CHAIN - a start-up providing blockchain, AI and IoT based solutions for justice and public safety. He is passionate about building innovative solutions for courts and the justice practice, where he has over 16 years of experience. Currently, he is involved with leveraging IoT and Blockchain for justice and public safety and recently with vaccine delivery. He has a master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Security and Cryptography from George Washington University, Washington, DC and a certificate in Blockchain technologies from MIT. He is an active participant at multiple national standards and technology committees in the USA.
